that Jesus Christ might build His church through us.
". . .so that He Himself may become first in all things"
(Colossians 1:18b)
We believe that the Lord is to be the focus in our worship and in our relationships with one another. If our priority is to truly glorify the Lord, then we will warmly care for others, meaningfully worship Him, fervently reach out to others, effectively train and teach others, and humbly serve others.
Basic Doctrinal Positions
We believe the Bible is...
the inerrant, infallible word of God;
the final authority under God in the life of the believer.
We believe the Bible teaches...
that the one God has eternally existed in three persons: Father, Son, and Spirit;
Jesus is both full deity and humanity without sin; Jesus, who died, rose again, and
ascended to heaven, will personally and imminently return; everyone will be
physically resurrected for an eternal heaven or hell; all human beings are sinners
by nature and are in need of a Savior; a person obtains eternal life only by the
grace of God through personal trust in Jesus Christ whose substitutionary death
paid the penalty for man's sin; one is eternally secure having trusted in Christ as
the only means of salvation.

Historical Perspective
Forty years of ministry were celebrated in October 2002 by remembering the weekly Bible classes taught by Rev. Charles Svoboda and the church meetings in the theatre and the school before God provided the land where the church is now located.
In addition to affiliation with IFCA International, Plano Bible Church is also part of an Area Bible Church (ABC) group of local churches who combine periodically throughout the year for worship and training.
