| Pastoral Search Committee |
Plano Bible Church (PBC) is currently in prayer for God's guidance and direction in seeking a senior pastor. The pastoral search committee has been meeting regularly to work through the process of defining our church profile and a pastoral profile based on input from our church family. After this step is completed we will be praying that God will provide candidates that we can prayerfully consider for the senior pastoral position of our church. We realize that this step requires good communication with potential candidates to help determine which candidate may be the best match for our church's current goals and direction in ministering to others so Christ can build his church through us.
Even though we realize that there is a void in our ministry at PBC, God has been gracious in providing many very gifted men to come to our church in this time of need, to preach God's Word in the weeks ahead. We have several missionaries visiting our church in the months of September and October, which always is a time of encouragement to see what God is doing. We are seeking God's direction in seeking a possible interim pastor to become part of our church as we look for a full time pastor. We are waiting on the Lord for his timing.

The elders at PBC have a strong concern for the needs of our church family and others beyond our church doors. The Elder Board has set up a private email account, pbc.elders@gmail.com, for anyone wanting to contact them about prayer needs or if we can be of assistance in some other way.
Carol Williams and her family began attending Plano Bible Church in December of 1973. She was asked to begin as church secretary in 1976 and has served in that position since then. Her responsibilities have grown throughout the years, and she enjoys her work here. Carol's two adult children are married; her son Gregg, wife Karen, and Zachary, live in Sandwich and are members at PBC. Her daughter Kim, husband Kevin, Avery and Ashley, live in Sugar Grove and are also members at PBC. Carol's husband Art went to be with the Lord in 1998 after forty years of marriage.
